When I was leaving work yesterday I had an odd thing happen. I was doing about 50mph in 5th gear and I am going to shift into 6th gear and it sticks. So I move it into neutral and then I couldn't move the stick at all....not into any gear or up, down, sideways...anything. I'm just coasting in neutral and I rev it up some and then it slides right up into 5th gear pretty as you please. What's up with that????

Well it was pretty damn cold when I left work yesterday and the car was only warmed up 1 click. It's just weird. If it does it again then I think I'll take it to the dealer.

From my experience, it usually means that your clutch is shot. Or your tranny is done for. My friend's civic does that. He's going to replace the tranny. Otherwise, beats me.

Sorry. It's not the tranny. Or the clutch. Hehe. Umm it's your butterfly valve. Shouldn't of taken it out.
