Hey, I tightened my throttle cable the other day, and I was wondering what are the RPMs supposed to be for idle after I've tightened it. The idle at a cold start and after it's warmed up. Thanks.

The idle settings are supposed to be exactly the same thing they were before you tightened the throttle cable. Idle is not set by the throttle cable, it is set by the ECU and the idle air bypass valve. If it changed, then your throttle cable is TOO TIGHT.
Check the throttle cam (the piece that the cable attaches to at the throttle body). It should be touching the throttle stop when the gas pedal isn't pressed. If it is off of the throttle stop, then you need to LOOSEN the cable.
