chirpy/whistling noise

My celi's making a lot whistle/chirpy noise for like the first 20 min that its on- almost like a belt whistle or something? Anyone have any idea about what's wrong??

It's a 2002 GTS. Lift etc all works fine just this damn whistle.

belt tensioner is bad. its covered under 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty.

Same thing a happened to my dad's 01' celi. Dealer covered it. Had to pay nothing to get it fixed.

does this go with the gt also? i've been hearing some whistling on the freeway too.

Thanks alot for the info guys! One more question- i have a cold air intake installed- i dont need to remove that before i take it in right?
