hey guys Im looking to buy Koni Yellows and Ground Control Coilovers for my Eclipse. I need to know where the cheapest please I can find these from is if you could help.

Ive looked on www.shox.com for the Koni's but they dont list prices so I guess you have to call them??

As for the GC Coilovers I have no clue where I should go about getting them from, any suggestions would be great..

Also someone said I need Upper Mounts?? Im not sure what upper mounts are if someone could clue me in as to what they are and where I can get them Id really really appreciate it :)

Thanks..

It will be hard to beat Shox.com, they also ship Koni's for free (makes it tougher to beat). I priced mine from Strano (like to support fellow racers) and TireRack, Shox beat them all and of course the shipping was free. They sell coil over kits but I don't remember which ones

Just request a quote HERE (http://www.shox.com/appguide/quote/quote_form.php)
they will probably get back to you today

From their page.
SHOX.COM has the lowest prices GUARANTEED ! We don't post most of our prices on the web because our prices are so low that the competition and then the manufacturers complain.

Yeah, as painful as it is sometimes, you might need to make a phone call. shox.com will have the lowest prices.

Not sure about the upper mount thing, I suspect it is much like the upper bearing on the Celica (those do go bad).

As for the coilovers, if you really want Ground Control, then call them directly. They will take the time to listen to you and suggest the best setup for your needs. Since you have the GST (and not GSX) if drag racing is what you really want to be doing, tell the folks at GC that.

Odds are they will set you up with a little stiffer rear to keep the weight transfer down (this should help cornering as well), stiff rear on a FWD car should help front traction.
