need help on packing and shipping front and rear bumper

i need to ship out my old buddy club front and back. i nneed some help on packing because i never packed a bumper before. what do i need and how do i do it?. who do i take it to to ship it out? ups? greyhound? usps?

Greyhound is the cheapest by far. I mailed a stock front bumper from Oregon to Pennsylvania for $25, and it cost me like $10 for packaging material. I just wrapped it with bubble wrap, and it got there no problems. Did I mention that I repainted it the day before I shipped it? :D
