It's actually not that hard to do, most people just weld a shroud around an existing a/a core and some nipples for water in/out.

That owner must love to drag race since that turbo looks like it's going to have a nice amount of lag. That compressour housing is HUGE! Still, very nice job and I always love it when a person does everything himself.
