is there any way to make 6.5" fit in the 6" opening?

Yes, 6.5's will fit in the 6" spot. The only down-side is that the screw holes won't line-up since Toyota used a funky speaker. But you can make a new mount with a piece of wood.

the 6.5" is not a standard size. you will be drilling holes for a 6.5" to fit. plus, you will have air gaps, which are no good. you can get a kit for an exact fit of a 5.25" or 6.5" aftermarket speaker at www.mjmautoinnovations.com

:ugh: Last I checked, a 6.5" speaker is VERY standard. And putting a 6.5" speaker where the 6" OEM one was isn't going to create air gaps. All you'll have problems with is the mounting holes.

If I have the 6 speaker sound system, is it still possible to add the other two 4" ones? Does anyone have a pic of what it all looks like.

This is mostly out of curiosity since the set sounds decent as it is.
