LUG WRENCH WON"T FIT Help me

I just bought some rims, and i was about to put it on today but there was one problem, my stock lug nuts won't fit the new rims. I thought the rims would fit. 5x100 17x7.5 offset 40. Did u guys have to buy new lug nuts for ur rims. They also sent me wheel locks for the car, and they fit. The stock jack wrench don't fit either. What do i do???? Oh yea, the wheel lock size that came with it says 12x15. Is this the lug nut size also that i should get

Some aftermarket wheels require smaller diameter lug nuts. The wheel lock probably reads 12x1.5, this is the size for our cars.

Yes, you need tuner style lug nuts.
