I want to replace the yellowish stock bulbs finally... I had bought a set of Nokia(?) bulbs for my lows and they looked great but didn't light the road for crap... Anyone have any reccomendations of what bulbs to get that will look white/bluish white and will actually let me see the road? Also a place online where they can be bought? Thankz all

get HID's, I have bulbs cuz I'm not keeping the car for longer, but if you want the color and the visibility, dont get bulbs, get the HID kit.

i have the visionplus , absolutely the best for the bulbs category, but if you want the hid look, these will not do. The visions dont look like hids but they are great for driving at night, they light up the whole damn road.

I have VisionPlus and haven't seen any difference in output over stock. I even tested them by installing just one and shining it and the stock headlight against a wall and along a road. No visible difference. Plus, I took some negative pics like that guy that got HID's a long time ago and there is no difference in brightness or distance. Am I missing something here?

Am I missing something here? i have not idea what you are talking about , maybe you got a bad set. I have tried about 5 different types of bulbs now and the vision plus is definetly much brighter than stock. Numerous members of the board have installed those and find them to be far superior to the stock bulbs. Only thing better is true hid but the install part is the only thing that scares me, why the hell would i pay like $600 for something and have to use piano wire to keep it stable. Seems like ghetto rigging to do that but it works for the hid guys here, I just wish they would fit perfect for that kind of price.

hehe.. actually, I didn't use piano wire... i just re-bent my stock clips to hold the HID bulbs in... the difference between the stock style bulb and HID is how the clip holds it in... it's pretty much a different shape... but re-bending the clip works, they just bounce a tad when i go over harsh bumps
