Has EL Prototype official dropped the VVTLI controller project?

From what I heard, they weren't showing any gains with lowering the cam switch, and they were blowing motors. So it wouldn't surprise me if they did drop the project altogether. Only way to know for sure, is to call them.

Last i heard about 4 months ago i think they we're not giving up on the celica. They however did decide that do to several poeple calling and harasing them that they would nolonger descous there progress with celica owners. This is why we have to not be idiots when we talked to companies. They said they had too much money and time invested to give up now. Any that they could have relased something probly a yr ago but like half the poeple would have either blown there engines or the lift mech. I'm sure there still working on it but one of the major problems is the ecu. from what i've been told there are like 3 diff one in the US alone. And now that the 02 have another ECU that might cause more problems but if THEY have anything to tell us then they will. There are atleast a couple of poeple on here that have contacts with them and they still have a reg. account i believe.
