View Full Version : Headlight water

OK...i have had it with these headlights...one of them has big a s s drops of water in it and fog...almost half the light...the other one has fog on a few small spots....I have 40k miles on my car so these won't be covered under warranty...how do I dry these out? how can I fix them? Any help???? Thank you for replying ahead of time.

i got the same problem with my driver side light
im pickin up a head light from the junk yard
what side u need maybe we can split the cost

cool....my passenger side is really bad.....the drivers side just has a very small amount in it....let me know!

Make sure that stupid little boot is fit on tight where you change the bulbs out of. I noticed some water in mine and sure enough that little thing wasnt on all the way. When the weather gets warmer, leave the hood open and the boot off and leave the car in the sun. It should then all be able to evaporate.

Cool...I will go check now...I haven't popped my hood in awhile...and the fact that it has been colder thatn a warlock's tit with a nipple ring in it!

Good call. I have about 40k on my car right now. No way it's gonna be covered. I was gunna post this as well. I am gunna try a few methods to dryin it out. Mine is the drivers side, passenger side is absolutely fine.

the only problem might be water spots on the inside ...that would suck then ya need the long Q-tips to get in there!
