How far did you lower the car and did you get an alignment after lowering it.
The Celica has a factory "camber kit" in the rear, start with that and see if you can get to a reasonable value, and if not then look into the Hotchkis Camber links, or spend $2 on some fender washers and shim the rear subframe.

Whats do you mean by fender washers and shim the rear subframe?

OK, fender washers are big washers with a little hole.
Look under the rear of the car. The lower control arms bolts to the sub frame. The sub frame bolts to the chassis.
remove the subframe-chassis bolts and insert washers (fender washers are quite cheap at Ace Hardware). This helps restore the proper angles in the suspension and should result in reduction of the negative camber.

Thanks i never thought of that that would be easier but how do you know what size washers to use or how much is there a way of measuring like right now my rear is up all the way but there is still some neg camber....but is there a way of having it dropped all the way and fixing the camber? thanks

Answer my first question in the original reply...
Did you ever take your car in for an alignment?
Hate to say it, but I suspect not.
If you lower the car the camber changes (obviously) the toe also changes, raise it back up, both will change. Coilovers aren't so you can be "crusin all slammed one day lookin coo, yo" then the next day be riding in a 4x4 with a gun rack in the back window.
They are a performance item made for corner weighting a car (a discussion for another day).
Pick a ride height, set it then don't touch it!
What size washer? Don't know, remove one of the bolts, measure it and report back what size (I suspect 10 or 12 mm hole). So you get a fender washer with that size whole in it (get several). The guy at Ace can show you a fender washer.
Have you done anything with the STOCK camber adjusters in the rear or are they still set where they were when the car was new?
Try those first. Somenegative camber is normal (-1 to -1.5 degrees is fine). Can you look at the wheel and tell me how many degrees of negative camber you have? Didn't think so, go to an alignment shop.

Jim has aligned many 00+ Celica's (mine about 5 times) and should have no problems with your car.
Also.
Do as Scott said, adjust your ride height to where you want it before you have it aligned.
Also II.
A camber kit is NOT required.

I believe that there is some approximation kits out there for camber. I think www.tirerack.com has one. I could not find it there but I swear I've seen it.
