Help Scratches!!!

I am the victim of a hit and run in a parking garage. The aftermath is numerous, deep scratches on my beautiful white celly. I got rid of most of the rubbed paint and i tried to use turtle wax scratch remover but it didnt work.

Any suggestions or advice on how I can get rid of the eyesores in the cheapest or easiest way?

Is it on the bumper. Great excuse to get a bodykit.

I wish. Scratches along the whole driver side. They are aligned in one line.
