What is the difference if there even are any between the two head units? Is the only difference in the entire stereo system the external amp in the GTS and the extra 2 speakers? Any info will help. Thanks Guys.

I know they are different, and I dont think that the difference is purely external, the only reason I think this is becuase anyone who sells different color LED kits for the head unit (dooly, hammer) have different kits for the GT and GTS radio.

The GTS has the midrange mode already rather the GT, you have to turn it on everytime you want it on. That's all i know about it.

i think gts one uses external amp to 8 speakers
and gt one uses interal amp built in...

GT stock HU is different.
GT optional stereo upgrade is the same as the GTS.

The GT-S has one large connector for output, while the GT has 2 smaller connectors. Not interchangeable.
