I have a 2001 Celica Gt.

Now, i have been waitin for this turbo kit to come out forever and there seems to be no hope of its production. Therefore i decided to go the custom route. A shop down here in FL is willing to put a custom kit together with a t3/t4 including the fix for the returnless fuel and all for $3000. They say my car should at least get 90hp if not more from the turbo kit. They are what seems to be a reputable company, but is there anyone here that knows anything for me to watch out for or question before dishing out the 3k bucks for the turbo kit? Anything weird that i should notify them about the celica layout? thanks for help

good luck. The reason were taking so long is because we look at the long run. We want to take this Turbo past 90hp.

Matt

PS: Go with a T/03

Guys, i just wet myself. I just took out my $3200 out of the bank. Paying the down payment for them to start work on the manifold. i asked them simply, "i need some kind of statement about the hp gain before i do this, i heard many people having little or no gains from custom work, what do you estimate the gain will be?" thinking in my head probably 60 hp. He blurts out "we will have you walking out of here with 100+ safe turbo, and u told us ud wear our company tag on your car, so we don't want you having problems, trust us, you'll get what u want if not more." im goin nuts! march 15th or so is the date for everything to be finished. Ill show pictures and dyno results on site if people want.

Sounds great. Pics, dynos, and timeslips are what we all wanna see. Can you share the company name and contact info with us? They sound very confident about what they're doing and I'd like to know more about them. Thank you and good luck!

man, if this works well for u and if dyno goes well...i've got the cash. i'm in arkansas, and i will drive down there. how long does it take to do this? i'm in the same boat as u are, and for $3200 installed, that's good, considering it'll be a pain in the arse since our headers are near the firewall.
