Here are some pictures of my celica. I've had this done since back in April and this is the first chance I've had to get some pictures of it up. Let me know what you think of it so far.

It looks clean but I don't know about the no tail lights, kinda looks weird. Is your car street legal? I know you have the led lights in the wing.

For the most part the car isi legal, I just have to make a change on the LED's. I'm getting ones custom made that have a reflector in them, and I'm going with the TRD wing instead of the Wings West. Then all I need is to cut a spot for the license plate and I'm good to go. I wanted to do something a little different with the car and I didn't like how when the tail lights wrapped around and then just dropped into the hatch. So I made it all smooth.

Its definitely unique. I dunno if i like it w/o taillights (reminds me of Gumby's car). Maybe if the tailights were left in their place and u shaved the hatch/license plate to be even with the taillights. But I love how the scoop is molded into the hood. Looks like the way it shouldve been from the factory! :)

congratulations - I always was curious to know what it would look like with the rear lenses removed and the lines of the car smoothed out. It really changes it. Well done.

A lot of work went into that car, I think its nice, did you do all the work yourself? Its very different, I like it.

I didn't do all of the work but I helped with a lot. Kinda new to the whole thing, but I did the wing myself and a few things here and there. The guy that runs the club that I'm with has a shop, and he was teaching me everything about the body work, so I got to experiment a lot. What I didn't do, I was there for and couple probably do the work myself if I had another Celica to play with.
The side scoops that are on the car are the MR-2 shogun style scoops from erebuni.

all the work looks well done, i just dont think it looks right. it just doesnt seem to flow, the spoiler with the shaved rear, the vents, and wheels. just doesnt seem to go together.
if you like it, thats all that matters, the work is very nicely done.

your front fenders are flared out right?
Also, where did you place your reverse lights?
celicaGT01PA

Yeah, the front fenders are flared out. I havn't put the reverse lights in yet, but I have Pilot- white/foglights. They are going to go behind the grill on the side of the back bumper.
I am happy with the way that it came out. I know that some like it and some don't but hey it's cool. I just wanted to share it with everyone here, since I've gotten quite a few things through group purchases and if I ever have problems doing something someone here can always help. So thanks to everyone for lettin me know what you thought and to the people that helped me out with any question or just getting ideas of things to do.
At one point I was gonna have the doors pop out and slide back like a mini-vans, but the doors are too long and I couldn't hide the track. I've had a lot of ideas but these were the only ones that really stuck.

nice idea on placement of the reverse lights. with the doors sliding out that woulda been hella unique, never saw that done yet. but yea the tracks unfortunately would show big time. keep it up bro, if it wasn't for peeps like you, i'd be looking at the same looking cars all day long on this site. ;)

I would have liked to have seen your sliding doors idea, too bad you couldn't get it to work. It sounds interesting, I don't think that I have ever seen that on a car before. :)
There is one big thing that I've notice about your car, but no one has pointed it out yet. YOU HAVE NO LICENCE PLATE ON IT!
I don't know how you make it down the street with your car modified like that without getting pulled over. There are people on this site that get pulled over and hassled for street legal TRD exhuasts and clear corners. You drive down the road with shaved tail lights and no plate with no problems. Man, the cops must be pretty cool in your area huh?
Any way, keep up the good work. It looks like the stuff you have done so far turned out pretty good.

you wasted money on the shaved rear. oh well.

The Rims on my celica are 18" Ace Manta's
True there is no license plate, it'll be on there soon. It's not goin in the hatch though, there is just enough room in the back bumper to put it there.
I think I'll be cutting it up again this winter, or as soon as I can get some money to do it. Just a few things to finish up on the outside and then I'm gonna start on the interior.
I don't get to drive to far, but I'll usually have my girlfriend behind me in the sunfire. The sad thing is the cops would still probably get her before me, even with everything that isn't street legal right now. The cops aren't good at all in this area, but you just gotta know where they are.
