Best way to break-in the car

I just bought a Black GTS 6speed a few days ago and it has about 400 miles now cuz I've been driving it a lot. I just want to know what is the best way to break-in my car so it would last for a long time. I want to know how fast I have to go in it or how high do I need to shift. I want to break it in good so I can get the power that I want from it. Thank you for your help.

everything is in the manual. dont drive above 55mph for the first 100miles. dont stay at one speed for too long.

the supposed 1000 mile break in peroid is an old wives tale for todays import cars.

Take it easy for the first couple hundred and then drive however ya want. Thats what I did, and my gt-s is full powered, if not a tad bit more than the average.

Will it hurt me in the long run if I go into lift before I hit 1000 miles? Or it doesn't matter at all
