Hi, I was just wondering if anybody knows if the 2002 celica gt-s antenna was a internal antenna like the ones that are in the windshield. Or is it like the older model celicas which has one of those long ugly antenna. Reply if anyboy knows thanks.

ya its a regular sized antenna but it doensnt fit on a sports car so it looks to big.

actually, the celica HAS a window imprinted antenna also, just follow your antenna leads, there are two, one to the lightning rod and one to the window.....

The Celica needs a power antenna! Like this one at the Chicago Auto Show.

actully that is with a power antenna, they took of the antennas so people won't steal them.

Does the S2K antenna still fit the 2002 Celica? If it does, get it. It looks great and doesn't mess up the signal. Price, about 20 bucks..

ok, I'm sorry but I'm confused by your reply....last I knew a power antenna is the one that goes up when the radio is on and down when off. The imprinted window antenna is kinda amplified....

what did you mean"?

oh... and worst case scenario, you buy it, it doesn't fit, you can sell it on ebay for like $50 and make some money off it

Sorry about that. I didn't proofread my reply. Most of the Celica's and other cars in auto shows take off the antenna so people will not steal them. It seems the one in your picture is a screw on like what are cars usually have.

it should be the same as the 2000 and 2001.

i have a 2000 w/the antenna in the window and the regular lightning rod that I replaced w/the s2000 antenna
