Hey bat, i'll be up for a small meet. I need to work on my wife's car and my boys car on Saturday, but sunday will be good. Just pick a time and place. oh btw, any suggestions on what cars me and my wife should get? her 2k1 civic turned out to be a lemon so we are both going to get new cars this summer. So far it loks like she will get the nissan se-r specV and i will be getting a WRX or EVO VII. any other ideas for good new cars under 30 gran?

SE-R SpecV is a fast car, Jermaine (Unison8) has it and it pretty much come with everything. It pulled hard with 4 grown man sitting in the car, has strut bar and everything.
WRX is nice too if I want to go with a reliable car I would probably go with WRX the engine in this car has been tested for a long time plus it is avaliable right now. Either that wait for the new Nissan 350Z.

the spec v is so overrated... i drove it and it felt like a toy. the cabin is pure cheap and that 175hp/175tq that's supposed to cure the imports problems. all i have to say is where the hell was it when i was driving it. i thought it be night and day like the wrx and celica. not so....

Well I didn't try to start a discussion on cars but anyhow, I have been out test driving a few cars lately. I have drove the WRX, SVT Focus, SE-R spec-V, celica gt-s and some other cars that don't really compete at all. So far I am leaning towards the WRX. When I test drove the SE-R everything felt good about the car (of course i drive a civic now) so a lot of cars will fell good. I had the SE-R going around hard corners 70 degrees and steeper up and down hills. with the lsd and udgraded suspension, i couldn't get the wheels to break loose or slide. The gates for the 6-speed feels more like a 5-speed, a 6-speed should be close gates, so that was on the down side, also the fact you could feel the lsd on your launch kind of sucks. overall its somewhere above any civic and below a celica gt-s. the SVT Focus had some good kick to it, it just didn't feel to good around corners and i didn't like the brakes. the celica gt-s was an all around good car, just one problem with the car, not enough aftermarket yet. the WRX did not feel like a $25,000 car, i test drove one with a short shifter, titanium shift nob, turbo guage, and rear spoiler. I have never driven a normal street car that handled that good. the only way to improve that suspension is upper and lower tie bars. but you might make it too stiff then. the WRX also had no lag, great brakes, and was quick off the line for 3085lbs. thats just my input and what i see in those cars. But I do agree Hondas suck and are extremely overrated.

I went to the car show on Friday. The highlight of my visit was the new Matrix, that thing is HOT! I couldn't even snap any pics of it there were so many people swarmed around the 2 they had on display. I'm goin' down the the Oriental market tomorrow, the one by Comp USA, forgot the name of it though. Gonna check out some mags.

WRX dude, something that is under warrantee and give you so much performance without and mod think of its potential... Go with WRX. I thought the Sentra was suppose to be for the wife which this car is more than enough of a car for her, she does not look like a racer when I saw her but then look could be deceiving. WRX is a better all around car right now I would get that if all cars listed.
