How hard is this to take off and install??? How is it held on?? It looks as if mine is partly coming off in one section plus I am thinking of taking it off and repainting it cause after one year it already has some major places in it where the paint is coming off from debri hitting it!! Should I spray paint it or better yet I will use POR 15 if any of u know what that is!!! What about the piece of grill above this piece that the Toyota emblem is mounted too, is it hard to take off and paint as well???

There are 4 bolts on top under the hood and one clip in the center. Then there are two screws on the edges in the wheel wells where the bumper meets the quarter panels (peel back wheel wells to see). You also need to unhook the bumper lens lights (twist gray bulb sockets inside bumper). Then there are 3 screws under each fog and 4 nut/washer combos under the center. There are "arms" reaching to them that connect to the undercar plastics. The bumper should pull off after that. You might have to tug by the headlights because there are wide clips over there.
POR 15 won't match unless it's black, and their clearcoat isn't for use with paint (I already asked them ;) ). I would stay away from spray paint. Maybe get a shop to mix the color and its corresponding clearcoat for you and use an air gun (HVLP preferred), but only if you've done it before.
Not sure about removing the grill, but once the bumper's off, you should be able to see how it's attached, and how to remove it. Though I'm not sure how long regular paint would last. The best thing would be to get it powdercoated, or get a prepainted or anodized replacement grill.

The grill uses some type of locking washers... I haven't had any luck finding any myself, but I need two to replace a couple I lost...
If you happen to find any, let me know what size and from where you get them...

POR15 works amazing, but i think bluebomber is right that it wont match...i would get it done at a shop or find a place to powdercoat it...powdercoating holds up amazing...
