When is everyone free for a meet?

I'm aiming sometime within the next month and a half... give me some ideas on a meet time...

does a saturday sound ok? let's try a meet in oxford ms, it's only an hour for you memphis guys.. and it'll likely be an hour from me too(in the other direction) on a saturday, since i go home on friday nights...

just give me a list of weekends you can do something, or ones you know you can't.... that way we can try to get something together soon..

btw, i rode in amits turboed civic... it was nice... i love the boost and bov sound... it felt like he could really use another 1000 rpms, or he was shifting too soon.. but either way he's doing pretty good with that car... he should beat me

the Si w/o nitrous would be a pretty good race.... down to the driver imo on that one...

the rsx, well, if he cant beat me then his cars broke :p

i have no idea what a gp gt runs, but we can always find out ;) you know that we are all going to the track Sunday right?

i know 94 3000gt sl, 99 eclipse rs, 99 or 00 trans am ws6, older porshe turbo, the gs-r, and a few others are going... you guys interested?

ok... a GT-s has 40 more hp, 1 more gear, and runs a 16.0 stock. That is .4 sec slower than my car stock. I couldn't dig up any times on the GT stock. Si does 16.1 stock according to the same place. People have gotten a 15.7 out of a stock grand prix gt, but according to the same source as these other numbers,it will run a 16.0 stock. So, basically it would be down to the driver on all three of us. if your car is faster than a GT-S, as you have implied..

Near as I can tell, I would think that the Si or RS-X is going to be the winner here, (between GP, celi, RSX, Si, turbo civ), having ridden in all 5 cars.

HAHAHAHA... where did you get those numbers?? plenty of people here have run 14.9s with gt-s's stock, high 15s with GT's... i myself ran a 15.9 twice when i had only driven a stick for liike 3 months... once i bogged and once i spun badly...


btw, dont expect to run the same times as other people on your board... down in mississippi we run worse times...

Sounds like a long drive from Springfield MO. I might consider it though. What days? Btw, my best stock run is a 15.2 So your a little off my friend. And since that run I have gotton a new Transmission that wont grind on 1-2 upshifts ;)
