My Si is getting lonely in the garage so I thought I might give it some company. I just have a few questions for theoyota gurus before I make this purchase. A lady at my work has an AWD Celica, but she is not sure if it is trbo'ed from the factory. Did Toyota make an AWD celica w/o boost? Also, the car is an automatic, so your opinions on that will be grateful also. I plan to make this an ALL OUT track car, it shall see little if any daily driving. I want to raise the boost and tweak the suspension and I hear this is a very good car to do it with. Opinion please.
-Thank You
P.S. I plan on running at least 10 PSI, so advice on internal work or tolerance of stock internals will be nice also.

Does it look like this:

If so, then it is the GT-4 AWD Turbo 2.0l Celica. 200HP, 200TQ, 3S-GTE engine which you should know has loads of potential.
If you are just going to make a track car out of it, then miles and reliability isn't too much of a concern. I have no idea how good the AWD system is, and how much power it can take.
Toyota never made a NA AWD Celica.
