I ordered a set of fender flares like two months ago,
havent received them.
I cant't check my order on the site cuz my password doesn't work.
I can get into the forums just fine tho. why would my forum password be different from my store password?
I try to create a new account with the same name just to make sure whats going on, it ses my username is already in use.
when i click the forgot password link, it doesn't mail me my new password. Isaac won't answer my PMs with anything useful cept for how its prolly all MY fault. Isaac ses its becuase AOl will consider it as spam, but my aol 9.0 allows me to check for spam as well. NO MAIL. that site just plain doesn't work. It only bills you cuz of the paypal. This is BS man IT SES SHIPS 3 - 5 DAYS~!

I've gotten my Lambo door kit faster than these stupid pieces of fiber glass.
The Fender Flares are made by BRS Tuning. I looked up this company 2 weeks ago and got thier number from turbo magazine. The number is not in service. Does this mean that they prolly never had these flares anyways? cuz BRS is GONE? I'm || this close to cancelling my order with my CC company, (lucky i use AMEX blue).
I've spoken to other members about this on-line shop and all i get is NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.
My dilema isn't the money right now, its the fact i cant get my rims without my flares cuz i don't know the perfect size without them. does anyone know where i can get those flares on the e-celica site? cuz obviously they don't have them. I didn't wanna do this to isaac but being screwed outta an item this small when i was gonna buy even more from him is just un-called for. Can sumone PLEASE help me?

First of all, your password to check your account status is probably different than your password to sign onto the forums. When you place an order you use your email address as your "id name" and you create a password. Maybe you possibly created a different password and you can't remember it? I have ordered from EC in the past and I received my items just fine.

Dont you pay attention? I've pmed Isaac over 6 times and posted 4 times. wrote him 2 e-mails. called him 5 times.

This is true - the reason for two separate passwords is because the store is one software and the message forums is a separate software, each has their own back-end and are not integrated for the simple fact that they are written by two different companies.
As for the issues concerning BRS Tuning - At the mid of 2003, they had changed their name to BRS Autodesign - their website can be found at...

first off I'd like to say i apreciate two things, people who actually read and understood what i wrote, and people with something useful to say about this thread. so id242 thanx for being constructive and helpful.
The point i was trying to make was that 1 only use 1 password. I understand i had to make two separate accounts. but isn't it plausible that i use the exact same password? I ASSURE you i wouldn't use a different password. its the same passowrd i use for everything in my life; aim, aol,system admin, ebay, etc. typing this passwords at least twice a day for about half of my life..... yeah, you get the point
now with THAT set aside. the forgot password link doesn't work. Its not sending me squat. therefore I cant get into the site to find out my order number. Isaac reads my Pms but doesn't reply. Yes i add a read reciept. Guys I'm not a computer noob so can we please leave out the "Sir, is it plugged into an outlet?" type of crap troubleshooting?
Now i must say thank you very much for the BRS site. but sadly have you tried calling that number? its no longer in service. =\ So what should i do now? Does Anyone know the fender flares i'm talking about? If so, where did you get them?

it seems this issue has been resolved.

oh my mistake...i had assumed for some reason they were the same person. but again i have met with isaac and i know how he conducts his business...these complaints about them not getting their products are usually due to back orders. isaac is now aware of Unklepappi's situation and i assure you he's is in the process of having it rectified.
isaac does not make these products. he gets them from suppliers and if there is a back order he is unable to ship them out. i personally have met him numerous times and i have seen him go above and beyond when it comes to service.
this was the only point i was making.
i guess he was making the point about Larks cuz you were bringing up a topic that was already resolved. again, Lark got to keep the stuff at ecelica's expense...i don't know a lot of companies that do that.

again i apologised for my mistake. i was only trying to reassure you that isaac doesn't go ripping people off and that i have done bisiness with him several times. a lt of people at ecelica are satisfied with his bsiness. i thought this info would at least ease your feelings aout the situation. if it did not then i apologise again. i was only trying to help. i really hope you get the flares and everrythiong works out for you. i understand you must be very aggrivated. but all i was trying to do was help. :wave:

Yeah man I understand. I didn't mean to get all jumpy I was posting the same time as you. I own an interior shop in NY and i'm on the completion of a show car. (obviously a celica)
I cant get rims without the damn flares cuz I wont know what size to get, the tein SS coil overs thats currently installed play a major role in it as well. I placed this order september 5th man. How long is it now? yall do the math =\. His site is something he posts in and checks daily. If the flares were in back order, you don't promise "ships in 3 - 5 days".
The saddest part here is, I'm a guy whose got the dough. I was part of phatcelly's GB for lambo doors. So I'm not a "no follow through fake baller" like alot of these all talk guys (you know who you are). So I was gonna buy alot more parts from isaac. The stuff I couldn't find anywhere else. For me its not about saving money, I'll buy from whoever has the shizznit in stock. NO BS BRO
he'll get you the flares...don't worry. if not then he'll get you the money back. i know mike at BRS has been extremely busy with SEMA..so maybe now that SEMA is over things will pick up. again i'm sorry bout your situation but i'm assuring you that it's being taken care of.

I am an active poster on EC.com (very welcoming, informative site, very friendly people) and the only reason posts get deleted is for a good reason. Check out the rules post, maybe what you posted was against one of them. And I am not apologizing for anything. WTF did I do that is sooo wrong. I just said a FACTUAL post (like you are claiming to do as well) about how the password system works over there as far as forums/store. I never once called you a name or anything degrading to you, therefore, nothing to apologize for. Like someone else said, if you paid for your sh*t and never got it, do what any other common sense person would do, a charge back. Princess: I told him to post on here...he IMed me upset about not getting a product and having his posts deleted on the other board. I then linked this thread cause I know Issac would respond that way. AND HE HAS...he said they were shipped out and recieved on 10/25 IN FLORIDA, not NY.
I'm not a business owner, but I do know how to conduct business (being sponsored you have to know how to) Issac is looking into this now, point has gotten across. That was what I was lookin to do

Its a public message board, if you don't want to hear others opinions, don't post on a PUBLIC message board. From what I have said, I don't think I said anything wrong. If you use the same password for EVERYTHING, thats your problem, not anyone elses. So as far as you not being able to log into your account under the EC Store, who knows. All I said is that you are prompted to use your email as your ID and another password (why did you get all defensive from me saying that, my goodness). Instead, you get all defensive because I said that EC has two passwords (god knows why). Many people have been screwed in the past, that comes with the territory of technology. I have had my identity stolen in the past, yes it sucks but you take the approrpiate measures to fix things. If you ordered **** using paypal or cc card then do a chargeback saying you never received the items.
Good to hear your situation is being fixed. (don't get all defensive by me saying this, its BEING NICE).

the site not picking up my password is the problem, not my choice of passwords retard. You can post as much as you like, but everything you sed sounds incoherent. If you paid attention to what I wrote there shouldn't be a reason for you to post anything you sed.

ONLY BRS makes em for celica's a custom mold would be dumb and expensive. without the flares it holds me back from ordering my 19' racing hart CR multi pieces in carbon cuz i wont know the width. do you even have an idea what that runs for without tires?

I got Dazz motorsprots waitin on my responce for the rim size i need.
I have a TRD LSD sittin on my desk.
I have an XS turbo kit on order right now as well as an AVC-r. but i need to find an authorized Apex-i FC tuner to get it right.
(yes boys and girls you cant just slap in that kit in any shop and expect it to work right.)
I use a 3.0 HKS titanium exhaust with a guy who mendrel bent the piping for me.

those are "mods ok" some woofers and a TV is "I.C.E" not a mod. Any real deal sponsored guy will back me up on that and i didn't mention BS fun parts like a CF hood for a reason.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I never once called you stupid or anything of the like. You take an innocent post that is directed towards the Celica community as a whole. A lot of people read these boards, and they read posts. Maybe someone was contimplating ordering from EC but was having pswd probs and stumbled across this post. My post wasn't bashing you at all but IMMEDIATLY you get defensive and you start with the bashing.
I'm done defending myself. I don't think I look stupid what-so-ever by just posting my thoughts about EC. You took them personally and as if it was a direct blow to your personality (don't know why). Anyways....hope you get your "fenders" and yes, I know damn well what it is. Thanks!

Just to add, for ecelica you have to sign up once for the forums, and again for the store. This is what XoPrincess19oX was talking about for there being two passwords.
As for not being able to log into the store, try using a different email address that you may have used. Since your password is always the same, it might be your email address that is different (since the ecelica store uses email address as the login name). I've done this before on sites and would have to cycle through email addresses until I got to the right one.

if i used another e-mail account it wouldn't help my find my order number to my original account now would it.
next i'm going to have another retard tell me just simply click on the forgot password link and i'll get a new password sent to my account blah blah blah. IT DOESNT WORK OK~!

Just my thoughts about this....
I've talked to issac a couple time through PM about this issue...He PMed me everytime I PMed him. But, he won't reply to Unklepappi's PM's....why is this?
All Issac told me was he had no record of this order, but Unklepappi e-mailed the conformation from paypal (last month) He has also sent Issac this conformation, but still no reply.

You didn't provide any information such as you only use ONE email address and password EVER (in your original post), so don't start pissing people off for throwing out suggestions to help you. I've called my CC company as it is, and am currently filing a dispute charge. (again isaac not what i wanted todo, You just take too long)
