i'm looking for pics of how people masked off that part where the ac controls are. so far i havn't seen any that i like.. i'm just trying to see if i can find one i like before i just get it all painted and put the decals on it.. if whoever is still selling those

I think masking around the controls looks so tacky. You'll be much happier with the decals, the end product looks 100x better.

Yeah masking looks terrible..just paint over and get decals..remember you will lose the light though.

yea but i'm getting it painted carbon blue to match the car... unless someone makes those decals in gray i'm gonna look for nice ways to mask off that section. i might end up just painting it all and leavin it decal'less. anyways i'm still searchin for pics of it masked off.

Please search...I've posted mine about 20X in the past, as well as several others.

Personally, I don't think mine looked tacky at all, b/c whatever wasn't painted, was cleared several times to bring out a nice shiny look.

I think it looks good. And it would kind of bug me if I painted over it, used decals, and couldn't see it at night.

so put the decals on, paint it, then take off the decals and the originals will be there - simple as that.

And yeah, I thought mine looked great...I would have hated it if it was all painted over and i had no lights.
