hey there,

I have the silver celly 2001 GT with turbo kit in development. I needed some help on the piggy back system needed on the kit. They are telling me 800 for the piggy back system, 600 for IC, 800! for manifold (stain steel), 400 for piping, 200 for WG, and a few other things, but the piggy back.. what kind are you guys putting in your kit? or even, how much are you getting it for? any info on this would be GREATLY appreciated because thats the one part i really dont understand about this whole thing.

Then get a custom one. By the time they are done making your custom turbo, half the people on this board will have a researched and developed turbo. The hold up is the manifold. Eathier we can give you a cheap poo poo manifold that's going to require you to chop up your center pipe, or we move it over and make it hastle free. Thats all we are trying to do. Who knows, you may want to sell your car and keep the turbo. If the center pipes all chopped up its not going to happen.

I've been told that a simple afc can overcome the return fuel problem instead of a piggy back system. david? do you think this is true?

yes but that will only cover certain aspects, I'm pretty sure that its not that hard to make a return fuel line from like whatever material and then just hook up a fuel pressure regulator.
Also what injectors are u sing?

leavin it to them would mean a whole new ECU, fu that if i can get around it u know what i mean? if a afc works, then thats all i need.

Better spend the money on the Piggy back system it will make or break your turbo kit.

so you just told them to turbo it and you would take care of the computer?? did you plan it out first with them they should have told you what kinda computer they were gonna use thus included in the price.
