Is there anyway to graft the srt-4 seats into the celica? Those seats just wrap right around you.

it could be done but you would have to make some custom brackets. the brackets that they use the front 2 are kind of what we have but the back is completely different. those are very nice seats and quite pricey too $1200 for one seat if i remember right.

Agreed. I have sat in those seats, and for 1200$ a peice, your better off getting Sparco Milanos, the best seat they make.

why the **** does it matter? people put mods on there car and some of those are domestic made. just because its imported doesn't always mean its better. if he can't find seats that he likes that are aftermarket i say go for it and see if he can't make something that would work.

thanks spitfire. Though I haven't tried the Milanos, I have sat in other aftermarket seats and don't like them. The seats from the srt are just perfect for me. If you haven't sat in them, then you should, and then you would understand.

imho the srt-4 seats are very comforatble. more-so than the ever glorified torinos which imo don't have enough side bolstering. if its what he is looking for then hell make a project out of it even though it will be an expensive one. look around on srtforums.com and there might be a set available on there. i know my friend found some for roughly $500 for the set and he had those in his 2nd gen neon. those seats are the best factory seats i have sat in.

if i can help you then i will try....

i have sat in them and they are comfortable. for an average sized person, seats vary by waistsize. i am a 32 and have sat in about 12 different seats. the best seat that i havnt sat in (the best is the bride zeta neos) is the arospeed gt reclinable. bride (or recaro) makes them and in last months issue of SCC magazine they rate a bunch of seats by wasit size. look into it. i would like to buy these seast but i have to try them in person and will do so in the future. they cost about 350 each and look pretty good. hope that helps.

try out a set of corbeau's if you haven't already, i picked up a set of A4's for my car and i'm extremely happy with them. they have a great deal of support and are quite affordable yet still good quality. they'd definately be a lot easier and cheaper to get then the srt-4 seats as well.

well they are directly from the viper so id assume they have a reason for being pricey

they differ from the viper seats. they are based on them and are pretty much the same thing yet the true viper seats have holes for harnesses and the srt seats don't and also viper seats are all leather and srt seats aren't. corbeaus aren't to bad for the money but after a few months you will start to get wear marks in the sides of them that will lead to holes from sitting in them.
