Some Turbo related pics

Hy guys, I just thought post some pics on my new project ( I call it st3).
New things compared to the last one ( I call st2):
-The Turbo is a hybrid turbo by myself. Small a/r, big compressor side with 2x6 edge rotor ( k04 had 2x4), huge wastegate.
-New PE 550cc injectors and PE fuel pump.
-As big as fits IC.

This time I really want to pass 300 whp.

Your manifold looks strange...very huge, man! Hope that you reach your goal and hit the 300HP to the wheels.

I'm very excited to see the dynos.

And yes he has changed his rods, too AFAIK.

Hopefully finishing the car this week. Then start to step up the boost till ???( will just see, how good at all).

btw here is an other pic. Its made of real alu(stickered). Cutted to the shape and has a "gravired" logo. (if you like it)

Have you done anything to re-inforce (Sp) the block?

The stock pistons look like they were in pretty good shape, no pitting or excessive carbon build-up.

Did you check the clearances on the rod and crank bearings to see if you were getting any kind of excessive wear from the extra hp?

NO reinforce, but those are not factory pistons, they are both from Wiseco.
Clearence question was checked all over the engine. Bearings are all in great condition.

This is the air vent inside the cabin on the dashboard. Bat makes some vynils for it, but this one is `real` aluminiim.

Thanx for the prays!!
Its putted together today here is a quick pic after.
The car is tested for one round, runs good, but needs a lot of tuning on the greddy.

As I promised I keep you Updated.
The results of the current setup are great. Actually I think I broke the 300 hp limit. I have not dynoed it yet but compared to my 255whp on the last time the power is much nicer and more constant then it was.

I still do have some problems, wich I posted for brainstorming ( sometimes the boost just dissapears, usually in high rpms and higher gears). I`m almost sure that the bov is cousing it. But will be sorted out.

Now I`m going to take it appart again and finalise the look of the kit ( all the stainless steel parts gonna be polished not just the visible ones). Weather is bad now so I got my time.

Meanwhile I also organised the mass production of my st1(~210whp, can be upgraded to st2 255whp with internals) kit, so from mid jan I`m able to sell the kit as a product or separate parts from it ( whoever wants to build a custom turbo).
(IF NEEDED)

Other plans are to: build polished s.steel headers, intake manifold, autolift lambo door convert., mr2 st1 turbo kit for 3sge.
I`m to build a website for theese projects and products.

Also if there are any ideas for your need let me know, I`m may be able to produce it.

I found a nice tree with the left side of my car.
Look at the pic made of the piping from underneath. See the wheel? Also broke out from suspension. I`m very SAD.

Dont know the brand.????? but got it from a mitshubishi evo race car. Actually very simple.
