how to apply newcelica.org decals?

Well I bought a pair of newcelica.org decals and tried to put them on by the directions AP signworks sent and they would not stick. I put the water on the window and everything like it said and waited for it to dry but the stickers would not come off of their backing so it was a pretty unseccusful attempt...well anyone have any hints on how they applied them because i was thinking about buying another pair and dont want to mess them up again?

umm...they are such small decals..i would add VERY LITTLE water..like the smallest mist of the solution, then put on the decal, and let it stay on for a while...then use a credit card and take out all the water u can..by smoothing the decal so all the water b/w the decal and glass is gone. if its not all gone and still slips around...pull one side of the decal off so the sun will dry it for like 2 seconds, and put it back on and use the credit card again. then after its done, i guess pull off the paper backing.... but i haven't done this yet for small things, just my white windshield banner...so good luck!

Will they adhere without using water?

I thought they were just regular decals, where you just stick them on.

the soapy water solution is just so you can get them in the right position. I used a good amount and didn't know why they weren't sticking. the cold weather also didn't help either. so i used a blowdryer and a creditcard. just pull a little then use the CC to hold them on the window

yeah since they are soo small you can just put them on with VERY little water or none at all..
