anyone in southern cali feel confident enough to change the leds to blue on the gauge cluster.

no i found this picture in another celi forum but i am trying to see if anyone know how to do this so that i can get it done. There is an install written on this but i dont feel confident enough to do it.

I'd like to get my entire gauge done in blue. I may go the reverse indiglo route.
