I flushed my radiator, and changed to synthetic all around this weekend, and mine definitely sounds smoother now. I know what you're talking about though, slight tics, and little on the rough side, but much smoother now. And going to get my belt tensioner replaced tomorrow so that should improve it also.

ohh yeah.. maybe its the radiator.. cuz i also have synthetic oil and its not making much diff
