Okay
I got a a keyless entry remote that only locks/unlock/panic the car
doens't beep or antying when i lock the car. So does this mean if someobdy breaks my window...it won't make any sound???

the horn chirps are just turned off. To turn them on, make sure the valet switch is in the off position then turn the ignition key to on then off. Within 10 secs cycle the valet switch on and off 3 times (pres the button 6 times). You should hear one chirp to indicate the horn chirps are now on.

That little red button thingy towards the bottom of the dash on the driver's side.

Hehe I guess the Canadian GTS don't have them
i only got the window lock and the contrast knob
nothing else !

I'm not sure why I have to keep saying this but:

THERE IS NO FACTORY ALARM ON THE CELICA!!!

It's completely up to the dealer which alarm they install. The Celica does NOT come with an alarm from the factory. The Dealer is free to choose which alarm they want to install. Contact your dealer to find out which alarm you have.
