yeah it's great this is my first manual and it's a celica GT
Is there a way you can post pictures of your car on the site
Mine's all stock right now and I plan on doing some small modifications but right now I am happy because I don't see to may Celica's in my neck of the woods

You can submit picture(s) of your car for use in gallery on the homepage.

You can also upload a pic to your user profile. I use that method to host my sig pic.

you can use www.imagestation.com to host the pictures on the site if you do a "search" there should be a thread to tell you how to post pics. oh and well come to the board!

Hey what are the do's and don't of shifting
What's going to cause problems later
I"m brand new to the manual game and I am pretty sure I'll never go back to automatics again

One tip I'll give you: when upshifting into 4th, place your palm ontop of the shifter, not on the side.

Thanx again and Thanx for the info. I pretty much all ready place my palm on top of the shifter when I upshift into 4th.
I don't stall as much as any more except like when I do something stupid like come to stop and not realize I am still and 3rd and I'll normally stall 3 times before I realize I am in the wong gear. Heh heh heh I feel so bad but that won't be happening any more.

I'll never go back to an automatic again
There is so much more control I have over the car now. I feel as if I am one with the car. I am part of the car.
It's great I have been bitten by the shifting bug
