another dealer/repair encounter

I had to take my car to the dealer because my belt was squeeling again, I have already had the tensioner replaced twice. Well they only replaced the belt - said it was stretched. But what upsets me is they washed the car! Its covered in scratches (swirls) now! Please tell me a good waxing will take them out.
The car is black so they really show up.

yeh, i hate it when the dealership washes the car. they always do a $hitty job leaving swirl marks and scratches
