What do you guys think about these things... especially the bushings and the chasssis brace bars.. thanks in advance for any help...

The Cusco front brace is useful: tightens up the steering and stiffens the front end. The Tanabe bar might do the same in front. The rear one seems pretty useless, I didn't notice any real improvement.

I can't speak for the rest, though in theory, poly bushings would be better than the stock rubber ones; less compliant but much noisier.
