I get that every once and a while. Just turn it off and turn back on. If it's a regular accurance just check all your wiring on the affected side. Post again if you need anything else.

Oh and I just thought about it but I think it kinda blinks because unlike bulbs it doesn't have a filament. It instead has an arch of electrons between two electrodes. The arch isn't alwasy steady where a filament is always there keeping a path for the electrons to flow through. Man look at me trying to sound all scientific and all. Well that's what I think is happening at least.

Well, let me tell you what I did to stop the blinking. I notieced that my left headlight HID was blinking too. Actually, erratically. It was going on, and off, and then, it shutoff. I freaked out because I thought i blew out the bulb and the ballast, well, I pulled over, checked it out, and it was the fuse. I thought, no prob. replaced the fuse with another correctly rated one, and off I went. Well, it flickered again, and went out. I was like, "christ!" So I pulled over, and just yanked the fuse to save the ballast in case I had a short. Later, I took a better look, and found that the prongs that connect to the factory H7 connector were loose, and the clamps I used didn't hold them in place. So they were tapping the power source dangerously. So then, I clipped them off, and soldered the lines. No more flickering on off look. Sorry this was long.
