low revs?

when i put the car on Drive (GTS automatic) the revs go down
to 500-800. is this normal? i think thats why take off feels
so heavy. Car really feels slow on 1st gear until after 6500.
Could there be something that needs adjustment?

600-700 RPM idle is normal.

yeah thats normal... that is idle..... reason it feels so slow until 6000 rpm is cuz that is when lift kicks in.. plus.. its an auto... =*(
