does anyone know how to get those annoying waterspots off the headlamps??? i think it was mentioned a while back when i didn't have waterspots on my headlamps.

you can use polish or wax. Someone said that Meguiers Scratch-X works really well on those spots.

i was the person to find that out...

the dealer will actually cover this and give you need headlights

yea it was you X-EVIL-X I remember you had quite a long thread over on the forum about it.

WOW you can get Toyota to give you new headlmaps jsut for them having water spots?! HMM maybe I should try that.

Yes toyota will replace your fualty headlamps... they are not supposed to aacumulate any moisture at all in the inside (or for at least 36k or three years!) This causes a potential electrical hazard for you car. (I also think there was a tsb for the headlamps) Mine were replaced without any hassle.

wait, is he talking about moisture in the headlights or water spots that are dried ontop of your headlights (like on your windows and paint)?
