seat beal harness question

I currently have the autopower roll cage and I was wondering what point seat belt harness do you guys recommend? I heard having a 4 point is not good because there are some requirements. suggestions?? thanks! The roll cage is the 3 point I believe, with the diagnol bar.

Also, the red gt300 celica has these foam padding around his roll cage. You guys know where I could get these also?

any race shop will carry those pads. pretty cheap they sell them by the foot. Also where did you get the cage from i've been looking for and Autopower roll cage but cant find anyone who has a good price. thanks for your time bro, also if you have any pics of yours that would be great.
