if there off of a GT-S aren't they 16s?

No, they are 15's. My GTS came with 15" Alloys (optional on GT)

Basically, they are GT rims, not GT-S rims.

doesn't the gt-s come with 15's with upgradable 16's. i believe the gt-s 15's looks exactly like the 16's just smaller.
