unless your getting cams i don't think you will see much increase out of pistons. Deffinetly not worth the work or money.

well depending on how aggrassive the cams are you could prolly go with like 12.5

First off learn to spell. Compression. Package.
Depends are you running pump gas? Race Fuel? Depends on how aggro the cams are. I believe they aren't to aggressive, but if you up the piston to high, (smack) there goes your engine.

Find out how much lift the Gude cams run. But if your running pump gas 12:1 might be too high unless you get some really good tuning. It doesn't help that there is no aftermarket ECU available. The S-AFC may or may not be enough depending on whos tuning and their experience.
Oh btw, 12:1 max on pump 91. You may want a little less, but then the pistons may not even be worth the money in the first place if you settle for 11.7:1.

forget high compression pistons, since the comp ratio is 11.5/1 in the 2zz ge enine. Why dont you spend your money on low comp pistons like 8.5/1 and install a turbo kit if you want performance.

First off, if you want to run 9k you need alot more than just pistons..
You will need more aggressive cams, stiffer valve springs, wouldn't hurt to get titanium valve retainers so the valves return quicker (less chance of valve float). Hell, you may even need to get new rods. An engine that is buzzing at 9000 rpm is under more stress than a boosted engine at 6000 rpm.

If you are getting the Gude(finally someone is getting that, I really want to see how it performs) package I bet that MR. GUde himself can suggest options for you. Give them a call at: 909-244-3533
