I am having a bit of a hard time finding a fitting (preferably steel) that I can bolt or weld to the stock 1ZZ oil pan. The fitting I.D. has to be 3/4 of an inch and can easily fit flush to the oil pan. If anyone could direct me to a company and/or website I would be most grateful.

Use a brass fitting, an MIP X MIP elbow would be your best bet.

How am I going to affix a brass fitting like that to the steel pan? And you don't mean a 90 degree elbow do you?

Actually after looking through the setup for the turbo kit it appears that the fitting is at a 45 degree bend.

Get a drill bit and use a lot of grease on it and drill the oil pan. That's what we did on my turbo set-up and yes you are going to screw the fitting into the oil pan after you have used teflon tape or paste. You can use a 90 degree or 45 degree elbow depending upon how you want to terminate your oiler line.

Well I found a steel fitting in the size I need but it lacks the 45 degree bend. I guess I will just deal with it. I would prefer to weld as opposed to screwing the fitting in.

Screwing a fitting into your oil pan is a garaunteed leak. The pan is made from thin sheat metal. No meat for threading. If you found a steal fitting, weld it on and screw a 45 deg ang on it.

I used a steal -AN fitting to weld on to the oil pand and used -10 braided line, with a 45 deg swivel fitting at the end. If you need thies parts, let me know.

This is what the oil return fitting originally looked like for the Power enterprise kit that I have. It appears that the steel fitting I ordered should still work without the 45 degree bend. The ID of the hose is going to have to be about 1"....and I can't seem to find any high quality hose in that size.

is there any other ways to run the oil return line?

i have mine welded to the pan, and when i let the car idle for 5 min on the driveway... i drive it and it would smoke white smoke for 30 seconds.

is it harmful to the turbo?

any other ways to run the oil return line?

the return dump on the pan is too low, the oil is backing up and not dumping properly. Or your turbo has a bad seal.
