Does anybody know why GT Headers (aftermarket) won't fit into a GTS engine?

Because the 2 engines are different?

that would be a negative. unless you want to spend money on fabricating...which still would be a waste of money.

It would take a lot of fabrication. For one thing, the two aren't even close to being the same size, and the ports on both are completely opposite of each other and also don't line up.
