GT-S Celica

it seems like cai gives the car a lot of trouble. Like CEL, bogging at low rpm, and trouble starting the car...
So is it really worth it? I'm planning on getting one from bottle.
Are those few hp worth all the trouble?

how is the AEM CAI? is it good? I heard that AEM will give you more torque. And isn't that wat our cars need? Torque. or is it all about high end power?

The good old AEM vs Injen. It boils down to this, either one is a great Intake and you probably won't feel a difference any ways. I've had an Injen CAI installed for about 14,000 miles and haven't had any problems with it. So go ahead and get either one, you won't regret it.

If you do it correctly, I don't see why you would have problems.

If you install the AEM right, you shouldn't have any trouble. The GTS that I put a AEM CAI on didn't have any problems with CEL, bogging, or starting. The CAI is the best bang for the buck in the mods department for the Celica.

It's the risk you take when you mod your car.
Some ppl have problems, Most don't...just hope you don't...

Well, you can always invest on an S-AFC. It did wonders for my car. My start-ups are much better. And my CEL went away.

I have the AEM Cai and I haven't had any problems at all. Definately worth the cash. Like you said, it helps the car down low where it needs it.

I believe he has taken advantage of his new power on the boards and used it for evil purposes such as increasing his post count (not even real whoring  ). But I'll allow it since the site kicks @ss now. Nice work, cruzerz. :D

I love the Injen CAI. I have never seen a CEL warning for any reason. When VVTLi hits, the CAI will show its worth in :) factor alone.
