Hi Everyone! I have been registerd on the board for a little while and have never really posted a single thing just read lots of stuff. I figured I finally would post something since I am always here reading your guys posts. I am currently in Afghanistan with the Army but since I was raised in NJ and am stationed in New York I guess this is my region. Afghanistan is boring and I have nothing to do at night so I come on here and check it out every night. Hopefully from all the money that I make from being here I can mod the celi even more when I get back.

Afghanistan pretty much sucks. It is like going back in time 100 years. There is nothing here that resembles modern technology. I have been here since July and right now they have us coming home in May some time. Well May is what they tell us. My current job here is night time battle captain. All I do is track what is happening outside of the base as far as attacks. Not very much going on so it makes my job boring. There is lots of free time here since things are slow so the only thing to do is watch DVDs play video games and surf the net. Thats pretty much it.

At home I have a 2001 GT Spec Blue(auto. I could not get stick because no one would teach me how to drive one). When I get back in May I want to get a body kit (Kaminari), Tein SS coilovers and not sure what else. I have 20% tint now and 17" Konig Tantrum wheels.

and good choice on the kit and coilovers :thumbup: i really wish i could afford a nice set of teins! my friend had them in his RSX and i loved them! too bad he sold his car for a car i now want! :furious:

yup, it was an RSX-S. its now for sale at Patrick Subaru on Rt. 9 in Shrewsbury for 17,995. the only thing he left on the car was his Teins :(

u think leaving Tein's on a car that u trade in is bad?? my boy traded in his custom 97 GTI turbo "as is" to the dealer for a rav 4

BTW>.....he was about to have a kid in his life but he should have parted out his car b4 he traded it in

gotta do what ya gotta do... if i do ever get rid of my car, the only thing i will leave on it is the kit. well the front bumper anyways. after my accident, the front bumper, the fenders, and the hood were blended with the new paint. and i now have my stock front bumper on and its a few shades off from the hood and fenders. i have a 2 tone celica :(
