paint removal

i've got overspray on my radiator and i want to remove it. what can i get to remove the paint? i went to a cheap place to get my bumper repainted. i didn't care at the time. but now i want to sell my car and it looks bad.

I am not sure if this is safe or not, but i know brake dust cleaner removes paint like no other. I painted my calipers, then used some of that brake dust cleaner on it and it ate away the paint.
