Now to the upholstery shop to get some factory colored carpet...Just for info, the entire collection of stuff (seat, belts, tar, residue, front insulation under neath driver and passenger floors), weighed in at ~62 lbs. I weigh 145. No spare tire. No tools, anybody have any idea how much my car might weigh with 1/4 tank of gas? By the way, it's really not all that much louder. Reminds me of the interior of a ITR.

That stuff you have in the picture, minus the screwdriver, was ~62 lbs? I assume you've take out the carpet in the trunk? You might at well take out the plastic "divider" thing while you are at it.
I thought it was really loud. I could easily hear the inbalance in the rear wheels. It didn't bother me much though. At least there wasn't any creaking or rattling. But, now I through a small futon mattress back there, and the dog loves it.

That's what my trunk's gonna look like now. :) I finally got rid of my Altezzas (couldn't put trunk plastic back in without cutting it), so I'm putting all the panels back in and removing the rear seats and seatbelts. The car isn't that bad without the paneling or the seats, though the seatbelts "click" really loud when you put them on! :D
