If it's small enough, you may be able to put it up on ImageStation and copy the URL from the preview page. They still allow linking from there.

Just go to ImageStation.com (http://www.imagestation.com) and sign up for an account. Then create a new album and upload the sig into it. Go into the album, right click your sig, and copy the URL. Then just paste it into the sig box in your profile with the IMG tags around it.
