Just wondering If any had any idea's I have a friend that wants to come out with us depending on what time and all, I know Barrett was mentioned but didn't know if anyone else thought of anything I think it's going to be nice so we may want to meet up in the afternoon and get some good pics, Maybe with some Hooters Girls, :naughty: Since I missed out last time I really want some pics with Hooters Girls and my car,

Barrett and Hooters sounds good me. Whatever I do has to cost as little as possible. I'm scraping together every dime I can to go ahead and get the suspension stuff. Looking at Hooters and nice cars doesn't cost anything though so thats good.

Just screwed in the s2k antenna and paid for the short shifter so I'm not so stock... well okay I still am comparitavely.

When should we meet up, If we do take pics with the ladies I don't think they would apprietiate us asking them to take pics in the middle of their dinner rush I am thinking late afternoon like 3 or 4 so its still daylight and they won't be busy

I beat the woman in the old white car whatever it was on our left. A guy in a previous gen prelude kept trying to race me on the highway. I couldn't tell which model it was but from 80 to 120 or so we were fairly even I pulled first then he got back next to me and stayed there until i decided it was not smart to run 120 for very long. We need to plan a mountain run soon! I know of several good places we could meet and we could do a Dahlonega, Suches, Helen loop which is all good twisty roads.

skatamatic
02-24-2002, 12:15 AM
hahaha...you about had me but then i slowed down real early (around 70 or so), and yup, forgot the hazards the first time. but i remembered them the 2nd time so at least one counts...:)

You never had me. You never had your car. It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile (or flashing the hazards) winning is winning. I was granny shifting and I forgot to double clutch.

02-24-2002, 09:59 AM
Just be glad I wasn't there I would have owned all of you on both GT3 and in the cars but realistically it took me about 15 minutes to get home, and that was a good thing since I was really tired and almost fell a sleep a few times, I got home and passed out didn't wake up till just now, Good thing I didn't come,

Yes we do need to get mountain run going but first I need to get those Springs,

I was just pissed off because Monica wouldn't talk to me afterwards. Last night was fun though. Do you guys think the Hotchkis springs would be too low for autocrossing? I think they are 2 inch but the picture of the Celica in Superstreet a couple months ago doesn't look like it would scrape or anything from autocrossing. I was thinking about maybe going ahead and getting the TRD combo and maybe changing the springs later.

I tell myself I work too much! Lately anyway. Its not usually this bad, but we are getting ready for the season to start in less than a month and we still have a lot of changes to make before the cars will be ready. On top of that the Senior engineer quit about a month ago and the new engineers seem to have a hard timemaking up there minds. They will tell me to make a change and then after I've done it they decide to do something else so I end up changing stuff several times before the idiots decide what they want. Sorry for venting. I have been frustrated as hell the last few weeks with all the bs I've had to put up with. On a positive note, during testing today which was just our two cars and one of the Cadilacs at Road Atlanta we were running almost 2 seconds a lap faster. So at least the work is paying off a little. I can't wait to start racing again and not being cooped up in our shop every day.

I havn't been in awhile and I was never a very good bowler but I had a lot of fun. We can meet at my house again and wash some cars and put my sticker on too.
