Official E-Celica Bad Service Thread

I ordered a Carbon Fiber Hatch handle on September 30 2003, and they were backordered or something, which I found out in an email on October 22 or so (mid october). Since then I have not heard anything from Isaac, I have sent him 2 emails, and one PM on here (last night). The last email that I sent to him bounced back, and I believe that the site is down.

Does anyone know what is going on with him?

This is getting ridiculous, and I should have known better than to deal with him.

You're always on back order when you don't have a vendor license and the business you get your stuff from closes it's doors. Now you just have to scramble for parts from other businesses. It's kind of hard working from your bedroom :violin:

i tell ya. At one time i was going to order a few grand worth of parts from there. A body kit, hood, hood pins, engine dress stuff, front strut brace
Right now i doub't if i would order a post card from there. kinda sucks to see a decent sounding company get shot down alot. word of mouth can eithr make or break you earily

The reason I posted here was because the ec site was down at the time when I first began to resolve this issue.

I have sent him and email and a pm at the ec site. Hopefully I can get my refund this week.

For the record, I ordered the part on September 30 of 2003 and the last thing I heard from him was on October 22. Quite the furthest from Stellar Customer Service when you have to hunt him down to get your money back.

I didn't say I was banned ... I said the post was deleted. You would only ban a person if they are being a jerk to everyone on the boards or knows the truth and the person banning is scared that they will post things that will harm their business. It's the only way you can shut someone up to protect yourself.

I'm dealing with your order directly, this morning - and will have a SHIPPED receipt from the post office for USPS AIR scanned and PM'd to you before the end of the business day TODAY.

So let me get this straight... He spent the money you sent him, so he's not giving you any of it back. Instead, he's sending you the part that you DONT want anymore, cuz he can't give you your money. What a lowlife.

I was going to buy a kit and some mirrors from them before i read all this. After i read it i sent them an e-mail asking about the availibility and if it was in stock and couls be sent the same day that I paid for it with a credit card. Here's what i got back...

They do not carry or manufacture any type of products. The guy works from his bedroom. Ask him if you can go to his "shop" or place of business and you'll walk into his apartment with dominatrix and masochistic magazines. Trust me when I say it's true.

They purchase parts through people they know that can give them a good price and sell it to everyone else for a higher price. Anyone can do that.

MBAutosports was his major distributor and he doesn't even have a vendor license because it was all on the side. As I've said before, he takes a bunch of orders and peoples money, getting parts from one place of business, when that business goes down, then he has to scramble all over town trying to fill the orders. It's not because the stuff is back-ordered, it's because he can't find another business that will hook-up the price where he can make a profit.

I'm not a hater, I just know the truth, and it sucks what he's done to good paying customers. I'm not a disgruntled customer, since I know the guy personally, I would never order anything from him. He's shady. All I can do is tell the truth and protect buyers.

Getting "great" feedback from customers on his boards. The guy is the administrator of the website and I know he creates accounts and post great feedback under those usernames.

Everyone that's had a bad experience with them, send me the email and I'll compile all of it and get someone knocking on his door. Sure they're part of the BBB (better business bureau) but after going on the BBB site and checking the criteria of becoming a BBB member ... anyone can become a member.

I'll bet anyone this post will have him go here and post a bunch of nonsense how great he is and his site is, just look at his reply to hhhhasgame, deny everything that I have said, will basically quote everything that I have said line by line and have an excuse for each "accusation". If not him, then some other "representative". A warning to that "representative", he'll never let you get to the top of the ladder, as soon as you can cut him down with truth, he'll lash out at you. If he can't get the people around him to back him up, he'll screw everyone over. I already know it's coming. When it does ... I'll just sit back and :eatpop:

I received no PM by the end of the day, and am still waiting to here back from the last PM I sent regarding a refund. In the email he sent back in October it stated that if I do not want to wait I could ask for a refund. Well, I sent an email in December stating that I did wish to receive a refund, but haven't received it yet. I have had to chase after him, and track him down for a response, emails didn't work, and now it seems that PM's are not the most efficient way of communicating either. I am sure he is a "busy" person, but this issue that started on September 30 has not been resolved for 3 going on 4 months now. By the sounds of what he said in his last PM he was going to take care of it right away, and that was hardly the case.

Isaac, please refund my money ASAP.

Wow ... I almost forgot about that post. For those of you that doesn't know, don't go to teamunison.com because it will be directed to some other site. After the owner of ECelica could not get what he wanted which was complete power over the team, he screwed us by selling our website rather than allowing us to keep it. He was going to allow us to keep the domain name if we gave him $600.

During the time that the domain name was up, he started his website and at the same time, since Team Unison had high web traffic, he decided to redirect the page. In other words, all the users that clicks teamunison.com was being redirected to his website taking all of our dedicated members.

That's off the subject ... but that's just an example of what type of person we dealt with.

Yeah, I was reading on it and they won't accept a claim if its been over 30days. I heard ecelica doesn't accept paypal anymore too, most likely their account was suspended from all the complaints against it. If I were you now I would file a complaint with the BBB, I remember reading something about an FBI internet fraud center too, I'll look for that link and post it up later today.

I am honestly sick of seeing people getting raped by them and have sent a letter to the BBB.

I suggest that anyone who has had bad service from them or has been banned or moderated for getting screwed on Ecelica post here and report your story to the BBB. This kind of robbery does not belong in our Community.

The truth why Tony and Isaac hate me and target me and my friends as well as Unison members.

When Unison first started out me and Paul (4B) talked frequently about me joining the team. I at the time had my huge Celica Turbo project and my celica was being massaged by BRS Tuning. I then posted that I was selling my TRD exhaust online. Tony wanted to buy it and I said cash in carry its yours. Another Team Unison member said they wanted it and I stated, cash and carry is yours. Well needless to say Tony didnt get it first, the other Unison member got it. Tony and Isaac decided to try and defame my name on newcelica.org and team Unison's web site by calling me a thief and a liar. Paul (4b) came in and stuck up for me as well as some other members like Yee (iceman) and a few others. I was then banned from the team Unison web site and about 2 weeks later Team Unison's web site was down. I later learned that Unison disbanded. Everythingcelica.com showed up and I started noticing it became more of a selling ground than an actual enthusiast web site. I started noticing members getting ripped off by Isaac and I also noticed a lot of deleting of threads and banning of old school nc.org members who knew about Isaac and his shadyness. I decided to go on ec.com and start to get to know members and I was moderated by Tony and Isaac left and right. I then was personally attacked by Isaac and Tony themselves. When I went and posted the truth about how EC.com was just Isaac marking up Supplier prices and then turning around and selling them (meaning he dosent stock anything he is just a middleman for selling) as well as the nonsense with Team Unison and all there friends... I was banned and Tony started a thread "Bash oo dark star oo" and basically deleted every thread I ever posted.

I hope Isaac gets caught red handed because I am sick of seeing my friends and my community being ripped off. Please do the right thing and stop him and his thievery.

Trust me when I say that he very well may have multiple accounts here. Having a username of a girl and posting. I know this because he's done it when Unison website was up and running and showed me.

He's made multiple accounts just to make people think there were more members than there actually was. He would make up numbers of the amount of hits that the site would actually get. Hacking NC.org and shutting them down when he wants to. I sat next to him while he showed me. One second NC.org was up, the next second, "Page cannot be displayed". Showing ping times of New Celica "Timing out".

I've seen everything from the inside. When the "lime" light wasn't aimed at him, he would post as someone else asking him about his car just to make him look cool.

Here are some business that some of the Unison members referred him to and the owners themselves told us "Who the f**k does that guy think he is?" "Don't ever have him come back here again." Wet Works Garage, F1 Autobody, and BRS Tuning.

I've warned people in the past about this guy but people learned it the hard way.

i bought MTEC low beams from Issac, and one of them burned out after a few months of use. and i bought the Autotechnic Reverse Indiglo gauge overlay from him as well, but the inverter was ****ed up, and i had to keep flicking my switch to make it stay on. i pmed him about this problem and he promised me to send me a new inverter, but he never did.
i dont know who i should trust man.

The bulbs if not installed right (by not handling the glass area with your bare hands to keep oil from hands to get on the bulb which shorten bulb life), then it may be your fault.
The inverter is obviously bad product, just keep asking him about this hopefully he keep his word on sending you out an inverter.

He said that He contacted USPS and the package was lost. He said that he'll send me another one...

Sent me a scanned copy of the shipping "paper" of USPS by AIM

I received my APR Flex Control Bar mid-November after some other delay... 3 MONTHS later, maybe 5PM, 2 emails and 3 different post in the feedback forum and alot of patience.......

Ho and by the way he deleted all the post in the feedback forums!
