when u pop ur fuel door, does a light turn on on ur dash? cuz no light turns on over here. the words <FUEL DOOR is lit up all the time, but hte little GAS thing below it doesn't. i'm so confused. what and when are these things supposed to turn on?

That is your low fuel light. Mine turned on once when I had let it go down to one bar.

i shouldn't be one to speak. but just so you all know, it's not good to drive all the way down to 1 bar. gets the crap from the bottom of the tank into the engine, air in the fuel lines, and bad for the injectors. i have a bad habit of running to low though. could also cause a cel.

Ha that's funny 3 times I have driven with no lines that was crazy I was just too lazy to get Gas and always thought well I can wait till I get closer to home, BTW 450miles on one tank is my record, something like 34.8 MPG

If you're talking about that little area that says "FUEL DOOR" with that arrow pointing to the left then that doesn't light up. That's only to let people know that the fuel door is on the left hand side of the car. More for those nice people who borrow your car and want to feed it :P
